Thin Film Engineer

Ingot Growth Lead Engineer

This Ingot Growth Engineer position will be focused on applying an understanding of materials science and clean room processes for the development of solid state thermoelectric devices and thermoelectric modules for use in next-generation green energy. Specific responsibilities will include establishment of an appropriate ingot growth technique and polish process that produces substrates appropriate for growth of MBE layers, identification, installation and qualification of appropriate ingot growth and substrate polish tooling required for manufacturing, transfer of optimized R&D process onto the manufacturing tools, management of the ingot growth and surface preparation areas including yield enhancement of the processes.
